BOOTCAMP
These body weight exercises include cardio, interval training, and strength training. You’ll never do the exact same workout and will burn tons of calories. This session is perfect for all fitness levels and (depending on the Nebraska weather) is held inside or outside.
TOTAL BODY TONING
A FUN, challenging workout that defines and strengthens muscles by constantly challenging your body. This class has no cardio but still torches those calories and is a great place to start if you’ve never worked out or are curious about our process.
BUTT & GUT BOOTCAMP
Work your glutes and abs with little to NO cardio! Define and strengthen your core, and reshape and build your booty with many exercises using weights, bands, and balls in a Bootcamp format. This class is designed FOR ALL fitness levels.
CARDIO KBX
Trust us, this is not a dance class. Instead, we meld bag work with our popular cardio moves (like punches and kicks) and set it to upbeat, fast-paced music. Although gloves are required, this session is perfect for all fitness levels!
KICKBOXING BOOTCAMP
Our non-choreographed bag work involves many different upper-body moves. This class can improve your endurance, as well as sculpt and strengthen both upper and lower body muscle groups. Gloves are not required, but are strongly recommended.
RIP'D
Shred your upper and lower body with our advanced strength training class. This high intensity interval training targets your core, arms, legs, chest, and shoulders. We’ll help you safely push through to achieve real results that last!
YOGA
Vinyasa Flow Yoga strings together many different postures and is used by athletes to help their physical recovery. Some parts of Yin Yoga are also used during this class to lengthen hamstrings, lower back, and hips, and support muscle repair.
