This 4 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros accountable.

 

▪ We will write down a realistic goal and plan together.

▪ We will analyze your current eating habits and make adjustments.

▪ I will teach you how to eat well balanced meals and how to meal prep. 

 

▪ We will take your measurements and weekly weigh ins.  

▪ You will be expected to keep a log of your activity and food through MyFitnessPal.

▪ I will keep you motivated…that is my promise to you! 

                

12 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan
