Virtual Nutrition Plans 4, 8 and 12 Week
4 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan:
This 4 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros accountable.

We will write down a realistic goal and plan together.

We will analyze your current eating habits and make adjustments.

I will teach you how to eat well balanced meals and how to meal prep.

We will take your measurements and weekly weigh ins.

You will be expected to keep a log of your activity and food through MyFitnessPal.

I will hold you accountable to your food and workouts. We will have daily communication. I’ll pretty much be your new best friend. 😊

8 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan:
This 8 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros accountable.
Everything above listed in 4 week plan below extra’s:

Two Physical Gym passes per month. (2 per month, 6 total)

This 12 week process will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros) accountable.

This maintenance plan is for clients who has already done 4, 8, or 12 week nutrition.

Sunday start -ending Saturday after weigh in

No limit on how many times you sign up
