                     Virtual Nutrition Plans 4, 8 and 12 Week

4 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan:

 

This 4 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros accountable.

  • We will write down a realistic goal and plan together.

  • We will analyze your current eating habits and make adjustments.

  • I will teach you how to eat well balanced meals and how to meal prep. 

  • We will take your measurements and weekly weigh ins.  

  • You will be expected to keep a log of your activity and food through MyFitnessPal.

  •  I will hold you accountable to your food and workouts. We will have daily communication. I’ll pretty much be your new best friend. 😊  

  •  I will keep you motivated…that is my promise to you.

 

8 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan: 

 This 8 week program will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros accountable.

Everything above listed in 4 week plan below extra’s:

  • You will have access to LP FITNESS VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP page; a private paid Facebook page for the LP FITNESS community with workouts.

  • Two Physical Gym passes per month. (2 per month, 6 total)

  • I will keep you motivated…that is my promise to you.

 

12 Week Virtual Nutrition Plan:

This 12 week process will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros) accountable.     

Everything above listed in 4 week plan includes below extra’s:

  • You will have access to LP FITNESS VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP page; a private paid Facebook page for the LP FITNESS community with workouts.

  • Two Physical Gym passes per month. (2 per month, 6 total)

  • I will keep you motivated…that is my promise to you     

 

 

12 Week Virtual Nutrition/Classes at the Gym Plan:

 

This 12 week process will keep you on track and hold you, your workout (and your calories/macros) accountable.

Everything above listed in 4 week plan includes below extra’s:

  • You will have access to LP FITNESS VIRTUAL MEMBERSHIP page; a private paid Facebook page for the LP FITNESS community with workouts

  • Two Physical Gym passes per month. (2 per month, 6 total) Use them or lose them.

  • You will get 2 physical classes per week.  Use them or lose them.

  • I will keep you motivated…that is my promise to you!    

Weekly Maintenance Plan:

This maintenance plan is for clients who has already done 4, 8, or 12 week nutrition.

  • I will hold you accountable to your food (macros) and workouts.

  • We will have daily communication

  • Saturday morning weigh in

  • Sunday start -ending Saturday after weigh in

  • No limit on how many times you sign up
