Bootcamp: A class that is a combination of body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, and cardio. You will never do the exact same workout and will burn tons of calories. Class is held either inside or outside, depending on the weather. This class is for all fitness levels and modifications can be made to any move.

 

Kickboxing Bootcamp: With a similar feel as boot camp, this class incorporates non-choreographed bag work, which includes different forms of upper and lower body moves. This class can help improve your endurance, and sculpt and strengthen both upper and lower body muscle groups. Gloves are not required, but are recommended.

Total Body Toning (TBT): This class is a FUN, challenging workout that will define & strengthen your muscles by constantly challenging your body.  This class has no cardio but still torches calories.  This would be a good class to start with if you’ve never worked out or curious about LP. 

 

 Butt & Gut: In this strength conditioning class you'll strengthen and define your core, reshape and build your booty with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning using weights, bands, and balls! In addition, it'll also target your quads and hamstrings. Perfect for all fitness levels and a great addition to your weekly workout!

 

Butt & Gut 2.0:  Take your glutes and ab conditioning to another level with Butt & Gut 2.0!!! Butt & Gut 2.0 incorporates cardio movements for maximum fat burn, core specific upper body strengthening movements along with your traditional Butt & Gut workout! Perfect for all levels and a great class to incorporate in your weekly workouts!

Cardio Kickboxing: (First saturday of the month)

This is one hour of pure cardio led by me. The class is non-stop cardio choreographed to fast pace, upbeat music.  No, this is absolutely not a dance class!  Cardio moves include punches, kicking, mixed in with other common cardio moves including everyone's favorite, burpees.  This class like all my other classes are for all fitness levels.

Yoga: Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a type of Athletic style yoga that strings together a variety of yoga postures and is used by several athletes and sport groups to aid in physical recovery. Some parts of Yin yoga will also be used during the class when focusing on postures that require lengthening of hamstrings, low back, and hips to support muscle repair.
