Bootcamp: A class that is a combination of body weight exercises with interval training, strength training, and cardio. You will never do the exact same workout and will burn tons of calories. Class is held either inside or outside, depending on the weather. This class is for all fitness levels and modifications can be made any move.

Butt & Gut Bootcamp: Light to NO cardio! Strengthen and define your core, reshape and build your booty with a variety of exercises that will have every muscle in your body burning using weights, bands, and balls in a Bootcamp format (light to no cardio)! This class is designed for all fitness levels!  All glute and ab work!

Kickboxing Bootcamp:  With a similar feel as bootcamp, this class incorporate non-choreographed bag work, which includes different forms of upper body moves.  This class can help improve your endurance, sculpt and strengthen both upper and lower body muscle groups.  Gloves are not required, but recommended.

Total Body Toning (TBT): This class is a FUN, challenging workout that will define & strengthen your muscles by constantly challenging your body.  This class has no cardio but still torches calories.  This would be a good class to start with if you’ve never worked out or curious about LP. 

 

CardioKBX:  This class incorporates bag work, which includes different forms of upper and lower body moves along with our POPULAR Cardio HOUR moves to fast paced, upbeat music. No, this is absolutely not a dance class!  Cardio moves include punches, kicking, mixed in with other cardio moves including everyone's  favorite, BURPEES!  This class is perfect for all fitness levels.  Must provide own gloves for in gym workout.

Yoga: Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a type of Athletic style yoga that strings together a variety of yoga postures and is used by several athletes and sport groups to aid in physical recovery. Some parts of Yin yoga will also be used during the class when focusing on postures that require lengthening of hamstrings, low back, and hips to support muscle repair.
